Ingredients

  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 200 g Orange
  • 150 g Kiwi
  • 75 g Blueberries
  • 85 g Pomegranate seeds
  • 16 cup Chopped pistachios
  • 120 ml Orange juice
  • 0.3 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.3 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into halves or quarters.
  2. Peel the oranges and cut into pieces; peel the kiwifruit and cut into pieces.
  3. Pour the orange juice, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg into a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the strawberries, oranges, kiwifruit, blueberries, and pomegranate arils to the bowl with the dressing.
  5. Gently toss so the fruit is evenly coated with the dressing.
  6. Sprinkle with roasted chopped pistachios.
  7. Refrigerate for a while.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
