Ingredients

  • 567 g Lean ground turkey
  • 90 g Whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 piece(s) Large egg
  • 25 cup Scallions
  • 10 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 40 g Dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp Fresh sage

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, whole-wheat breadcrumbs, the egg, scallions, Dijon mustard, dried cranberries, sage, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape into patties about a half-inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about a few minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
