Ingredients

  • 4 piece(s) Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 cups Milk(1%, low fat)
  • 5 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Matzo meal
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs and sugar; beat well.
  2. Add milk and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Stir in matzo meal and salt.
  4. Pour into buttered 11x13 inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour (don't over bake).
  6. Cut into slices. Can be served hot or cold.
