Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium onion Purple Onion
  • 10 cup Red Grapes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 120 g Cooked Chick Pea
  • 1 tsp Almond Powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 70 g Feta Cheese

Instructions

  1. Pour out the cooked chickpeas into a bowl.
  2. Cut the red grapes in half and place them in the bowl.
  3. Shred the onion. Turn on the heat, melt the butter in the pan, and add the olive oil.
  4. Then sauté the onions over medium heat to soften them. Season with salt and black pepper (if you like).
  5. Drizzle the onions with the sauce over the cooked chickpeas.
  6. Finally, sprinkle with feta cheese and almond flour, and enjoy!
