Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Flat-leaf parsley, lightly packed and chopped without the stalks
  • 4 piece(s) Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Peppercorn, freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp Chili pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 piece(s) Green onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 cups Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until well chopped, but not pureed.
  2. Spoon the sauce over grilled meats, poultry, seafood, or vegetables. This sauce can also be used as a marinade.
