Ingredients

  • 5.25 cup Garbanzo Bean, drained
  • 1/2 medium onion Red Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 43.71 g Tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, red onion, garlic, tomato, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve.
