Ingredients

  • 28 cup Blueberries
  • 28 cup Raspberries
  • 20 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 20 cup Chia Seeds
  • 10 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 140 g Soy Yogurt
  • 100 ml Almond Milk, unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Pour the chia seeds into a bowl and mix together with the almond milk.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes and allow the seeds to swell.
  3. Stir in the soy yogurt and top the chia yogurt with remainder of the ingredients.
