Ingredients

  • 2 piece(s) Whole Grain Toast
  • 2 oz Sliced Ham
  • 150 g Mushroom
  • 56 g Arugula
  • 28 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204℃).
  2. Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms.
  3. Add olive oil to the pan and sauté the sliced mushrooms.
  4. Add salt and black pepper to taste and patiently sauté the mushrooms to dry them out.
  5. Place cheese and mushroom slices on one piece of toast and sliced ham on the other piece. Place them in the oven for 5-7 min until cheese is melted. Then remove from oven.
  6. Sandwich the toasted bread slices with arugula.
