Savoury Fish Steaks

Thick and meaty fish steaks, such as swordfish or tuna, are marinated in a blend of soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice before searing. The high-heat cooking creates a delicious savory crust while keeping the center moist and flavorful. This is a robust, protein-heavy main course that pairs excellently with grilled asparagus or a light rice pilaf.
