Ingredients

  • 50 g Rolled Oats
  • 1 piece(s) Egg
  • 30 g Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 150 g Baby Spinach
  • 1 oz Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. First, soak rolled oats in boiling water (till the water is just over the oats).
  2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs, and chop the baby spinach, smoked turkey breast and bacon.
  3. Pour the oil into the pan and fry the bacon until lightly browned.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture. Let it set and mash into small pieces. Add the turkey breast and baby spinach. Scramble a little bit.
  5. Add rolled oats (along with water), mix well, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
