Ingredients

  • 130 g Shrimp
  • 100 g Fresh Spinach
  • 40 g Onion
  • 150 g Sweet Potato
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small pieces and the sweet potato into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions until transparent.
  3. Add the sweet potato cubes and shrimp and fry for approx. 8 minutes.
  4. Next, add the spinach to the pan and cook until it collapses.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
