Ingredients

  • 360 g Green Zucchini
  • 12 cup Roasted White Sesame
  • 50 g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 25 cup Parsley
  • 1/2 medium onion Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Use a peeler to scrape the Zucchini into thin strips.
  2. Put two cups of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Then add the "noodles", bring them to a soft boil and put them in ice water.
  3. Chop the onion and cut the parsley into small pieces.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion.
  5. Add the noodles and continue to stir-fry for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat.
  6. Add chopped parsley, cheese and white sesame seeds. Stir properly and serve.
