Ingredients

  • 2 piece(s) Potatoes
  • 2 piece(s) Sweet Potatoes
  • 100 g Cauliflower
  • 110 g Avocado
  • 56 g Cooked Chick Pea
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 piece(s) Garlic
  • 3 cups Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 390℉ (200℃).
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, potatoes into cubes, and cauliflower into small pieces. Mix them with spices in a bowl and put them in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Drain the cooked chickpeas and crush them. You can use a cooking machine for help.
  4. Crush garlic cloves. Mix them with cumin, lemon juice and chickpeas. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Core the avocado. Scoop out the flesh and slice.
  6. Remove the baking dish from the oven. Sprinkle with avocado slices and serve with hummus.
